A singing and dancing party named Dynamic Yunnan debuted in Myanmar’s capital of Naypyidaw on the evening of March 1, presenting an amazing Yunnan to the Myanmar audience.

The Dynamic Yunnan show was staged as part of the first China-Myanmar tourism cooperation forum which was held in Naypyidaw on the same day.

"I feel very excited when seeing the arts from my hometown," said Li Jiguo, a Chinese young man studying at Yangon University. Li is a volunteer at the tourism cooperation forum, and he has been obsessed with the grace of peacock dance.

"The show can help Myanmar friends better understand Chinese culture. As a Chinese studying the Myanmar language, I feel very happy about this," Li added.

The Yunnan-featured show was also hailed by a stuff member with a Myanmar tourism company.

"The Chinese dance is very splendid. Due do cultural differences, sometimes it is not easy to understand thoroughly, but I can feel the beauty there,” said the tourism worker.

He thinks that literary and artistic exchange of the two countries will deepen mutual understanding and fortify the friendship between the two sides. (Source:yunnangateway.com)
