2013 Kunming bicycle invitational tournament ends

2013 Kunming Tour-round-Dianchi-Plateau Bicycle Invitational Tournament was successfully held on November 23, in Chenggong District.

Around 1,300 cyclists from 15 provinces and municipalities attended in the tournament. Among them, cycling players from Yunnan province won championships in individual and group races within professional teams.

Shi Tao, a professional player from No. 1 Yunnan Cycling Training Team, seized champion in professional men's individual cycling competition with the record of 2 hours 34 minutes and 16 seconds after riding 120 kilometers.

A Yunnan cycling team which was composed of Shi Tao, Yang Jing, Zhao Kang, Cao Bo, Yang Jin, and Wu Wenguo, also won champion in professional men's group cycling competition, gaining ground by riding 23 minutes ahead of the runner-up.

Yunnan's renowned explorers Brothers Jin Feibiao and Jin Feibao also participated in the tournament. The two brothers have rich experiences in international cycling competitions in the world.

Based on his experience in taking part in the international competitions, Jin Feibao proposed some suggestions on the tournament. He said:"Our sponsors shall pay more attention to a few details about better caring about cycling players during the competition. Only by changing their way of handling the competition in specific processes, can the influence of the tournament be accordingly improved in the end."
