Hong Kong's Sunbase to invest 10 bln yuan in Kunming

Sunbase, a private direct-investment company based in Hong Kong, plans to invest 10 billion yuan to build a processing factory relating to oil refining, rubber and relevant subsidiary industries in Anning City, about 30 km away from downtown Kunming.

“Kunming enjoys exceptional natural conditions and geographic advantages. Sunbase is willing to invest in Kunming,” said Sunbase chairman Gunter Gao.

Sunbase International (Holdings) Limited (Sunbase Holdings) is a comprehensive multinational investment conglomerate which has Hong Kong as its base and Chinese mainland as its primary investment direction.

Other than Hong Kong, United States, and Australia, which are key locations of the conglomerate's business developments, Sunbase Holdings have also carried out extensive investment activities in Mainland China and in Southeast Asia.

The Group and its various affiliate companies directly control a total asset of over 60 billion Hong Kong dollars.
