New snub-nosed monkey species found in Yunnan

A new species of snub-nosed monkey was found in Yunnan, according to Kunming Institute of Zoology in Chinese Academy of Sciences.

A photo of a primate covered with black fur was taken in Gaoligongshan Mountain Nature Reserve this February. Its feces samples have been collected. After the DNA Identification, it is claimed as a new species of snub-nosed monkey at the molecular level found in China.
