Hani women transplant rice seedlings in spring

Two Hani women transplant rice seedlings in the paddy fields. Over ninety percent of the Hani live in the southwestern Chinese province of Yunnan, scattered across the Ailao Mountains between the Mekong River and the Red River (Yuanjiang).
