7 new air routes to be added in Yunnan

China Eastern Airlines will adopt its 2011 summer-autumn flight schedule from March 27, and a total of 7 new air routes will be added, the company said Monday.

The 7 new air routes namely: Lijiang to Guangzhou, Beijing to Pu’er via Kunming, Kunming to Dalian via Linyi, Kunming to Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) via Nanning, Kunming to Guilin via Baise and Kunming to Yingchuan will be operated on daily basis.

Other flight services, the Vientiane (Laos) to Kunming and Kunming to Wenshan flights will be increased from once a day to two times, Kunming to Pu’er and Kunming to Shangri-La three times per day, as well as the Kunming t0 Mangshi and Kunming to Lijiang routes six times per day.

In addition, KY8083/4, a two-way flight service, will depart from Kunming at 19:15, arriving in Xi’an at 21:20 and depart from Xi’an at 22:10, arriving in Kunming at 00:05. (Editor: Ryan Li)
