Banyan Tree Holdings Limited Company to build Banyan Tree Villa in Kunming

Singapore's Banyan Tree Holdings Limited Company, one of the world’s biggest developers of hotels, holiday resorts and spas has signed a cooperation agreement with Kunming Urban Construction Real Estate Development Co. Ltd on August 17. Angsana Hotel and Banyan Tree Villa will be built at the Platinum Avenue Business District in the north district of Kunming. Deputy Secretary of Kunming Party Committee and Mayor of Kunming Zhang Zulin attended the signing ceremony and delivered his speech.

As one of the world’s biggest developers of hotels, holiday resorts and spas, the Banyan Tree Group has owned 26 hotels and holiday resorts, 65 spas and 70 art shops under Banyan Tree Gallery, as well as 2 golf courses.

It is understood that besides building the Angsana Hotel and Banyan Tree Villa in Kunming, the Banyan Tree Group will also cooperate with Kunming Urban Construction Real Estate Development Co. Ltd to build hotels in Dali city, Chengjiang County and Yuanyang County. (Editor: Minnie Mao)
