2009 China Wuding Peony Cultural Festival, the first anniversary celebration of Luowu Yi village construction and the first Wuding Luowu China International Folk Songs Festival was opened grandly in Wuding Yunnan province. Luowu International Folk Songs Festival was sponsored by Wuding County Committee of CPC and the local government, planned and produced by Luonan Studio, a local distinguished planning media. Wan Li(万里), director of the Experts Guidance Committee and a notable composer in Yunnan, told reporters that the successful hosting of Luowu International Folk Songs Festival promotes the development of ethnic culture in Yunnan, and it would enhance far-reaching influence on promoting the cultural communication between nationalities and innovating the protection efforts on ethic culture.
