[InKunming--Kunming] Two wintersweet trees, which are more than 400 years old, bloom recently, announced by Kunming Heilongtan Park.

Both of the the trees were planted in China’s Ming dynasty, and are still alive right now. Except for the two trees, there is a wintersweet tree planted in China’s Tang dynasty.

Until now, the wintersweet tree planted in China’s Tang dynasty is more than 1,300 years old. According to the park, it has 69 wintersweet trees. All of the wintersweet trees belong to rare species.

The two wintersweet trees that are blooming in the park belong to “Longtanfen” specie. They blossom white pink flowers.
