Over 3,000 merchants to attend 19th China Kunming Intl Flower Show

[InKunming--Kunming] Under the theme of "Flowering Colorful Yunnan, Blooming 'Belt and Road'" , the 19th China Kunming International Flower Show, 2018 China International Family Garden Flower Show and the 18th China Flower Retail Industry Conference will be held simultaneously in Kunming from July 13th to 15th.

It is said that the main venue of the show is at Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center with an exhibition area of more than 30,000 square meters and 1,052 booths, About 310 companies will attend the event. More than 3,000 entrepreneurs, officials and flower artists are from Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Netherlands, Israel and Japan are also expected to participate.

The branch venue is at Dounan Flower Market covering 300,000 square meters located in Chenggong District, Kunming. Four exhibition zones will be set up to show the development of new flower products, flower further processing, the application of flower culture and art in different fields, and to promote economical development.

During the show, a series of professional forums will be held. The latest industrial technology and operation mode will be discussed then. Of course, sorts of new varieties of fresh-cut flowers and over 100 succulent plants will be displayed.

It is worth mentioning that the 5th China Cup Flower Arrangement Competition southwest preliminary competition will be held at Dounan Flower Market on July 12th. At that time, 50 senior florists from all over China will compete with each other and the top three will be given corresponding awards.

In addition, the organizing committee will launch four special tourist routes so that tourists can directly go to the flower planting base when admiring the beautiful scenery of Yunnan. They are Kunming to Dali, Kunming to Shilin(Stone Forest), Kunming to Kaiyuan county and Kunming to Songming county.
